Welcome to Presence Counselling
I imagine that you are here because life feels particularly difficult at present. Perhaps feelings of sadness, anger, fear or loneliness are threatening to overwhelm you.
Counselling can provide the opportunity for you to explore quite how and why certain emotions and behaviours have become so intense and unhelpful.
I would love to be able to work with you on your journey of discovery and change, exploring who you are and what has shaped you, and considering just how you would really like life to look and feel.
Together we will look to find ways in which you can feel more confident and able in key areas.
My Approach
I use an integrative style of counselling that enables a more personalised approach for each client.
I can also work creatively if desired, although this is easier done face -to-face, and offer ‘walk and talk’ sessions, if that is preferable to sitting inside.
I can provide face-to-face, online or telephone therapy, depending on client needs as discussed in an initial assessment, and on any current Covid-related restrictions.
