How do I start the journey?
If you think that counselling could be of help to you, please contact me either by emailing, texting or leaving a message on my mobile or you can use the Contact Form at the bottom of this page.
I will get back to you asap and suggest a date for an informal assessment.* This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about the counselling process and for me to understand why you are considering therapy and what you hope to gain from the process.
Our time together doing the assessment will help us decide whether we want to continue with the counselling process, or whether you might be served better elsewhere.
How much does it cost?
I charge £35 per 60 minutes, payable within 48 hours of the assessment/counselling session, by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
*Should the initial assessment not continue on to counselling you will not be charged. However, should the decision be made to continue, the assessment session will be charged at 50% of the normal price.
